Does IP Satellite Summit offer military discounts?

Yes! Active military and federal, state and local government employees qualify for the military discounted rate of $395. To obtain the military and government rate, simple select the option during the online registration process and please remember to bring your valid military or government ID to the event.  Contractors do not qualify for military discounts.

What is the dress code?

Business formal is encouraged for IP Satellite Summit. Military personnel are encouraged to wear duty uniform.

How do I get to the Grand Hyatt Washington?

Washington is surrounded by three major airports, Amtrak and a first-rate subway system, Metro.

By Metro

If traveling by Metro, take the Blue line to Metro Center stop.  There is an entrance to the Grand Hyatt Washington in the station. For more information and to plan your route, visit the Metro Ride Guide.

By Car

From Points South:
Take I-95-N to 395 North. Continue over the 14th Street Bridge, then merge into the right lane. Take the exit for 12th Street, continue though the tunnel for eight blocks. Turn Right onto H Street and follow for one block; the Grand Hyatt is at the corner of 11th and H Streets NW.

From Points North:
Take 270 East to the Beltway 495 South. Stay on 495 for approximately 3-5 miles. Take the George Washington Parkway (only goes one way). Follow the Parkway for approximately 12 miles and take the exit marked Roosevelt Bridge. This road turns into Constitution Avenue. Turn left on 14th and drive seven blocks. Take a right on H Street NW; the Grand Hyatt is on the corner of 11th and H Streets NW.

From Points East:
Follow 50 West to New York Avenue. Continue on New York Avenue until you come to 10th Street. Make a left on 10th Street and then your next right onto H Street NW; the Grand Hyatt is on the corner of 11th and H Streets NW.

From Washington Dulles International Airport and Points West:
Take Dulles Toll Road/VA-267 East, and stay on this road after it becomes I-66 E. Take the US-50 E / Constitution Ave exit, and stay straight to go onto US-50 E. Turn left onto 15th Street NW, then right onto New York Ave NW.  Turn right onto H Street NW; the Grand Hyatt is on the corner of 11th and H Streets NW.

From Marshall Baltimore-Washington International Airport:
Take I-95-South to Exit 22 B (Baltimore-Washington Pkwy South); follow onto New York Avenue for six miles. Turn left onto 5th Street NW and follow for three and a half blocks. Turn right onto H Street NW and follow for five blocks; the Grand Hyatt is at the corner of 11th and H Streets NW.

From Reagan National Airport:
Take George Washington Memorial Parkway North. Merge onto US-1 N toward Washington. Stay straight to go onto 14th Street NW, then turn right onto New York Ave NW. Turn slight right onto H Street NW; the Grand Hyatt is on the corner of 11th and H Streets NW.

Parking Information

Grand Hyatt Washington provides valet parking for $30 per day and self parking for $20 per day - please note there is limited availability of self parking spots.
Parking is also available in the Center City Parking lot, located on 9th Street between New York Avenue and H Street.  Please note this lot only accepts cash payment.

How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after March 1, 2009 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $250. Registrants who cancel after April 1, 2009 will be liable for the full conference registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Please send cancellation requests in writing to IP Satellite Summit, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or lfuller@accessintel.com.
