Lawrence Paul

Larry Paul is the VP of Business Development & Portfolio Management for Vizada, Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible for new business initiatives, managing strategic partnerships, overseeing Vizada’s service portfolio and directing commercial strategy.
Prior to joining Vizada (previously Telenor Satellite Service), Larry served as the Director of International Relations for Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications, and before that COMSAT Corporation. There, he directed inter-departmental projects to improve LMGT’s management of INTELSAT space segment capacity and managed the company’s strategy, investment and business relations with both INTELSAT and Inmarsat, a UK-based global mobile satellite operator. He also was the focal point for U.S. government and COMSAT/LMGT initiatives concerning the privatization of both satellite agencies. Larry began his career with COMSAT in 1992.
Larry also worked for Mitsubishi International Corporation from 1988 to 1992, where he served as a liaison and market analyst for Mitsubishi for its US business concerns in the telecommunications and high technology industries.
Larry holds a Master’s Degree in International Communications from The American University in Washington, DC and bachelor’s degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of Massachusetts.
He currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland.
