Dan Campbell

Mr. Campbell is the founder and president of Millennia Systems, an Information Technology and Network Consulting Company based in Washington, DC. Mr. Campbell recently served as Director of Network Architecture for Managed Services for Intelsat, the world’s largest fixed satellite services provider, where he designed and implemented Intelsat’s global IP backbone and broadband access services, finishing at Intelsat by guiding the integration of Intelsat and PanAmSat’s commercial and enterprise networks following the merger of the two companies. Prior to Intelsat, Dan’s experience includes a decade of consulting with Booz∙Allen∙Hamilton (McLean, VA) and ThruPoint (New York, NY) where he led and executed consulting engagements within the U.S. Government (civilian and defense agencies), commercial service provider, enterprise and financial services markets. Prior to Booz∙Allen, Mr. Campbell joined DigiNet Communications, Inc., an entrepreneurial service provider backed by venture capital that designed hybrid network solutions using terrestrial and satellite technologies. Mr. Campbell managed the design department and served as lead engineer for the startup venture, helping to grow the company from scratch to over 30 employees and $2M annual revenue. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
